Access & Memberships
Access Club Jubilee One
Club Jubilee One is exclusively for Jubilee Estate residents and their guests and is not open to the wider public. Instead of memberships, residents simply complete an induction to unlock access to our pools, gym, and facilities. Additional programs, including swimming lessons and group exercise classes, are available for an extra fee, allowing you to choose the activities that best suit your lifestyle and interests.
See all access and programming options below, you can enquire online or head directly in venue to speak to our team. All Club Jubilee One access is powered by our Active World members portal and app.

Each long term (more than six months) resident of a Jubilee Estate household is entitled to Member’s access to the facilities up to a maximum of six people. A minimum of two and a maximum of six security (fob) devices will be issued to the Owner or Tenant after the Owner has nominated the household users, or tenants. Households with less than six residents will receive a number of fobs equal to the number of people living in the property only (subject to a minimum of two fobs).
Access for Owners
Each resident nominated by the Owner will be required to prove their residence at the induction by providing photo identification and a copy of the Owner’s Owners Corporation fees statement. The Club Manager reserves the right to request other forms of evidence such as statutory declarations. Fob devices will be provided once evidence of residence has been submitted and the appropriate forms and induction have been completed.
Note: Lot owners who have not yet built but have fully paid their Owners Corporation fees are permitted to use the facility.
Access for Tenants
Tenants will only be eligible to use the facilities at Club Jubilee One, if they have the required approval from the Owner. Once the Owner has nominated the tenants, the Club Manager will provide an approval form for completion and signing by the Owner and the tenants. Each tenant nominated by the Owner will then be required to complete an induction, provide photo identification, a copy of their current lease agreement and the completed, signed and dated approval form at the induction. The fob devices will be provided once ownership and tenancy documentation has been submitted and the appropriate forms and induction have been completed.
Access for all users is via the front entrance of the facility only. In the case of an emergency, the Club Manager will implement an emergency evacuation procedure to enable safe exit from the facility for all patrons.
